Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our products and are confident you'll be satisfied. However, due to the nature of goods being sold, refunds will not be offered. If you feel you've received a product that is unusual, please contact us at shop@bubblegumtreats.com within 14 calendar days from the date you received your package. 

Exchanges for hair extensions will be accepted only if they are defective and within 14 days from the day you have received your order. Items must not have been worn or tampered with in any way to be qualified for an exchange.

Head measurements are crucial to a snug fitting wig. If your unit turns out to be an inadequate fit, a $75 alteration fee will be due if you wish to have a wig resized.

Note that altering the hair in any way VOIDS the opportunity for a replacement, if it applies. If Bubblegum Treats verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, We will then exchange or replace the item.

If Bubblegum Treats does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without a replacement of product.
