✨IMPORTANT DETAlLS✨

• All construction includes closure customization (bleached closure + plucked hairline), wash, deep condition and styling finished with a luxurious hair fragrance mist.

• All units will be finished with a clean, natural hair line.

• Curly and deep wave textures will not be straightened; they'll be left in their natural state.

• We welcome used wefts, but they cannot be cut into small pieces. If cut wefts are received, we'll have to put a pause on your order until full wefts are sent.

• All closures sent must be new with lace in tact. If you need a new closure, no worries! You can add one to your order from our hair collection.

• Processing time is 10 to 14 business days from the day your order is in our possession. 

• Kindly forward your tracking number to us once your bundles are sent so we can keep an eye on delivery together. You'll receive a shipping address after you place your order.
